How it works

From assignment to affidavit in four steps.

Step 01

Assignment

Send us the documents and recipient details. We can accept by email, secure upload, or hand delivery. Rush jobs accepted by phone.

Step 02

Locate

If the address is current, we proceed. If the recipient has moved or is evading service, our investigators perform skip tracing to find them.

Step 03

Serve

A trained server performs the service in person at the home, workplace, or wherever the recipient can be lawfully approached. Multiple attempts are made at varied times when needed.

Step 04

Affidavit

You receive a notarized affidavit of service with the date, time, location, recipient description, and method of service — formatted and ready to file with the court.

Built for

Who hires us for process service.

Attorneys

Civil, family, criminal-defense, and litigation attorneys who need reliable service, court-ready affidavits, and a server who picks up the phone. We also coordinate with out-of-state counsel for Colorado service.

Landlords & property managers

Eviction notices, lease-violation notices, and demand letters — served by a professional and properly documented, so the case isn't dismissed on a service technicality.

Businesses

Corporate counsel, HR, and operations teams handling contract disputes, employment matters, and demand letters. Discreet service at workplaces handled appropriately.

Individuals

Pro-se litigants, small-claims plaintiffs, and people serving protective orders. We walk you through what's needed and handle the service professionally.

When it has to happen today

Rush, same-day, and hard-to-serve.

Rush service

Filing deadline tomorrow? Hearing on Monday? We accept rush assignments by phone and dispatch a server, often the same day. Rush attempts are made within 24–48 hours of acceptance, with status updates after every attempt.

Hard-to-serve recipients

When a recipient is dodging service — wrong addresses, changed jobs, family members covering, gated communities — our investigators combine skip tracing, varied-time attempts, and where appropriate, surveillance-aided service to complete the assignment.

Common questions

Process serving, answered.

How quickly can you serve documents in Denver?
Standard service is typically attempted within 3–5 business days. Rush service is attempted within 24–48 hours. Same-day service is available within the Denver metro on request, subject to time of day and recipient address.
What if the person can't be found at the address I provided?
We perform free baseline verification. If the recipient has moved or is evading service, we offer skip tracing as an add-on — and once we locate them, we serve them. You only pay for the work performed.
Do you serve papers throughout Colorado, or just Denver?
We serve throughout the entire state — Denver metro, the Front Range, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Grand Junction, mountain towns, and rural areas. Travel rates apply outside the metro.
Will you provide an affidavit I can file with the court?
Yes. Every completed service comes with a notarized affidavit of service describing the date, time, location, recipient, and method — formatted to file in Colorado state courts and acceptable in most federal matters.
Can you serve eviction notices?
Yes — Demand for Compliance or Possession (3-day, 10-day), Notice to Quit, and Summons and Complaint in Forcible Entry & Detainer (FED) actions. Service follows Colorado statutory requirements and documentation is provided for the eviction case file.
Do I need to be a Colorado attorney to hire you?
No. We serve papers for out-of-state attorneys, pro-se litigants, landlords, businesses, and individuals. We can also accept work from process-serving networks for Colorado coverage.
